2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All shipping methods offered by Langford Maison include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery time: 6–10 business days (after dispatch)

  • Tracked delivery included

  • Standard priority handling


Express Shipping – £9.99

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days (after dispatch)

  • Tracked delivery included

  • Priority order processing

  • Shipping Protection included

  • Free replacement if the order is confirmed lost, stolen, or undelivered during transit by Royal Mail

 


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system.


4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Langford Maison is not liable for delays caused by such external factors.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Orders

  • Orders shipped using Executive Shipping or 1st Class Shipping are covered by Shipping Protection.

  • If an order is confirmed lost, stolen, or undelivered during transit by Royal Mail, Langford Maison will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Confirmation from the courier may be required before a replacement is approved.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Langford Maison cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


7. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
