The cape falls very elegantly and does not make the shoulders look too broad. The fabric feels structured without being stiff, and the ivory was not noticeably sheer with nude underwear. It fitted neatly through the waist and looked polished enough for a wedding without feeling overly formal.
I was concerned the satin might cling, but the draping falls beautifully and is very forgiving. The champagne shade has a lovely soft golden tone and photographs wonderfully in evening light. I ordered my usual size and it fitted comfortably through the waist without restricting movement.
I was worried the cut-out might feel too revealing, but it is placed beautifully and the ruching is very flattering around the waist. The fabric has a comfortable stretch and does not feel thin. I am 5'6" and the length was perfect with heels. The chocolate brown looks even richer in person.
The dress feels secure despite the high slit, and I did not have to keep adjusting the straps throughout the evening. The fabric skims the body rather than clinging and has an elegant finish without looking overly shiny. I sized up for comfort and loved the result.
I was unsure about the bubble skirt, but it gives a lovely shape without adding too much volume. The waistcoat feels nicely structured, and the adjustable tie makes the waist very flattering. The beige fabric does not feel flimsy, and both pieces look equally good styled separately.
The bodice sits securely and did not gape around the neckline, which was my main concern. The peplum defines the waist beautifully, whilst the floral print looks delicate rather than busy. The ivory base was not overly sheer, and my usual size fitted perfectly.
The coat is oversized but still looks polished because the shoulders are nicely tailored. There is enough room for a jumper underneath without needing to size up. The fabric feels substantial without being excessively heavy.
The suede effect feels soft and much more refined than I expected. The cropped length sits perfectly with high-waisted jeans and trousers, and the camel shade is very easy to style. My usual size gave a neat fit, although I would size up for thicker layers.
The wide lapels make the coat feel modern without overwhelming the frame. It has a lovely structured shape but is still comfortable through the arms. The chocolate brown looks rich and works beautifully with denim, cream and black. The shorter length is especially flattering with wide-leg trousers.
The adjustable belt gives the jacket a very flattering shape and can be worn tighter or more relaxed. The high neck is comfortable when fastened and also sits neatly when open. The khaki colour matches the photographs, and there is enough room underneath for a lightweight jumper.
I was drawn to the little knot at the waist. It makes such a difference to the overall shape! It's exactly the kind of dress I'd choose for a nice dinner without feeling too dressed up.
The lace was the first thing that caught my eye. I love that the neckline is quite high because it balances out the shorter length. I could see this being lovely for an evening out.
Such a gorgeous design. The off-shoulder neckline is my favourite part, and the embellishments make it feel special without needing loads of jewellery.
I really like the high neckline and the way the satin drapes. It's a bit more formal than I'd normally wear, but that was exactly what I wanted for this occasion. I'd probably style it with heels because of the asymmetric length. Very elegant overall.
I kept going back to this dress because of the ruching. It gives the front so much more detail, and the cut-out makes it feel quite modern. A really lovely design.
Simple, but in a good way. The neckline is what makes it. I tend to prefer dresses that don't have too much going on, so this caught my attention straight away. It's more of an evening piece than something I'd wear casually, but that's what I was after.
The satin finish looks beautiful with the draped neckline. I love dresses that look elegant without lots of extra details. I'd style it with a small bag and simple heels.
I wasn't sure about the cape detail at first, but the more I looked at it, the more I liked it. It makes the whole dress feel different from the usual occasionwear.
The high neckline is gorgeous and I like the draping through the front. The split is quite a statement, so I'd definitely save this one for an evening event rather than everyday wear. That's more a styling preference than a complaint. Lovely design.
I've always liked simple satin dresses, and the draped neckline on this one is really pretty. The high slit gives it a bit of drama without making the rest of the dress too busy. I'd recommend thinking about underwear and shoes when planning the whole look.
I was looking for something with a bit of shape around the waist, and the front draping is a really nice touch. I like that the sleeves aren't too short either.
What I like about this design is the gathered waist and the relaxed sleeves. It feels elegant without being overly fitted everywhere. For me it's definitely something for dinners and special occasions, rather than a casual daytime dress. Still a lovely piece.
I like quite understated clothes, so the draping around the waist was enough detail for me. The neckline is simple and the overall shape is really elegant.
The cape-like detail is so pretty. I particularly like how it works with the high neckline and asymmetric hem. It feels a little different from the dresses I usually see.
This is exactly my sort of summer dress. The little ribbon detail is adorable, and I love the contrast between the fitted corset-style top and the flared skirt. It's quite a playful design. I can imagine wearing it on holiday or out for lunch.
The pleated skirt was the part that sold me. It makes the dress a lot more interesting than a basic mini. I'd say the halter neckline is something to consider if you normally prefer straps over your shoulders. Other than that, really pretty.
Such a sweet summer design. The pale yellow and broderie anglaise work so nicely together. I especially like the tie straps, although they're the sort of detail I'd want to adjust carefully when getting dressed. Beautiful for a summer occasion.
I really like the clean neckline and the way the skirt flares out. It's simple enough to dress up with heels, but I could also see it working with something more casual. The whole design feels very fresh and easy to style.
The black tweed with the crystal detailing looks so smart. It's definitely more of a dressed-up piece than something I'd throw on for an ordinary day. I like the high neckline and shorter sleeves together. A really distinctive design.
I absolutely love the burgundy colour. It's a nice change from all the black and beige coats you see in winter. The longline shape and double-breasted front look really smart together.
The teddy texture is lovely and the cream colour looks beautiful with darker outfits. It's quite a statement jacket because of the plush shape, so I'd keep the rest of the outfit simple. Really nice for a relaxed winter look.
The long plush silhouette looks really elegant. I like outerwear that makes an outfit feel more put together, and this is definitely that sort of design. It's a fuller coat, so I'd bear that in mind if you usually prefer something very fitted.
The pistachio green is honestly the best part! It's unusual for a winter coat but still soft enough to wear with neutral colours. I like the relaxed blazer-style shape as well.
I really like the herringbone texture. It makes the bomber style look much smarter than a typical casual jacket. The higher neckline is a lovely finishing detail. I'd wear this with wide-leg trousers and boots throughout autumn and winter.
The high neck and belt give this jacket a really interesting shape. It does need a little styling around the waist to get the look you want, but that's part of the design. I especially like it with tailored trousers.
The oversized lapels are gorgeous, and I love the silver-grey faux-fur finish. It's exactly the sort of jacket I'd choose when I want the coat itself to be the main part of the outfit. The shorter shape works especially well with high-waisted bottoms.
I really like the chocolate-brown colour and double-breasted styling. Just something to remember: this is deliberately cropped, not a full-length winter coat. I actually prefer that shape with higher-waisted trousers. Very stylish overall.
A classic trench is always useful, and I particularly like the longline shape of this one. The tie belt gives you a bit of flexibility with the silhouette. I'd happily style it with anything from jeans to a midi dress.
The high collar is what makes this jacket different for me. It gives the classic trench shape a more modern feel. The belt and double-breasted front add quite a lot of detail, so I'd probably style it with something simple underneath.
I really like the chocolate-brown colour, and the asymmetric top makes the whole outfit look much more interesting than a regular trouser suit. The wide-leg trousers balance it beautifully. A lovely alternative for a smart dinner or special occasion.
The polka dots give this set such a lovely classic feel. I especially like the high-neck blouse with the fuller skirt. It's quite a distinctive look, so it probably won't be everyone's everyday style, but that's exactly what makes it appealing.
The jacket is my favourite part of this set. I love how the waist is defined while the trousers stay relaxed and wide. The warm beige shade looks really elegant.
